Data Deletion | DAOS CRM

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge. How to make the request depends on your relationship with DAOS CRM — find the case below that applies to you.

1. If You Messaged or Commented on a Business's Instagram

DAOS CRM is software that businesses use to manage their own customer conversations. If you sent a direct message to a business, or commented on one of its Instagram posts, that business — not DA Agency LLC — decides how your information is used. We process it on their behalf.

You can contact that business directly, or email us and we will route your request to them and delete our copy:

Email privacy@daoscrm.com with the subject Data Deletion Request
Include the Instagram username of the business you interacted with, and the Instagram username you messaged or commented from, so we can locate your records

2. If You Connected an Instagram or Facebook Account

To stop all further data collection immediately, disconnect the account. Either method takes effect at once:

In DAOS CRM, open Settings and disconnect the social account.
In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and Websites and remove DAOS CRM.

Disconnecting halts collection but does not by itself erase data already stored. To have that deleted as well, email privacy@daoscrm.com from the address on your account with the subject Data Deletion Request.

3. What We Delete

On a verified request we permanently erase:

Stored direct message and comment content associated with you
Your platform-scoped user identifier and any contact record built from it
Access tokens and connected-account records, where the request covers a connected account

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any data we are required to keep by law — for example records needed for tax or accounting purposes. We will tell you if that applies to your request.

4. How Long It Takes

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. If we need more information to confirm your identity before acting, we will contact you at the address you wrote from.
